Malaysia have enough taxi drivers

Recently, SPAD, Land Public Transport Commission conduct national wide operation to identify and enforce rules against illegal taxi drivers. This time SPAD, focus on foreigners who became illegal taxi driver at in Malaysia. SPAD  Chief Executive Officer, Mohd Nur Kamal Mohamed Ismal said no foreigner will be allowed to be taxi driver in Malaysia. They urge public to give information to SPAD if come through with any foreigners who work as taxi driver. Public can contact SPAD trough:

Twitter@aduanSPAD
e-mail (aduan@spad.gov.my)
hotline at 1-800-88-7723

I’m personally agreed with SPAD that Malaysia have enough numbers of taxi and taxi drivers. When talk about part time job, Malaysians prefer to become taxi drivers. So I believe Malaysian will get first priority when come to these kind job opportunities.

Taxi driver will be the first person a visitor will be deal with once they reach this country. Therefore, it will be better for local citizen to be the taxi driver whereby he may express well about this nation.
